The Client, a Florida based Short-Term Rental Management Company came to OptimalBooks looking to Partner with a firm that could help them maintain their growing short-term rental portfolio so they could continue to focus on growth.

OptimalBooks first laid out an initial bookkeeping and property management support structure within Buildium, set up standard operating procedures for ongoing management, and began assisting in the operation of the properties. Initial setup took 2 months.

As OptimalBooks began managing the back-end processes, the Client was able to begin addressing new management inquiries instead of turning them down due to lack of capacity.
