Overview

The Client, a Phoenix based Short-Term Rental Property Management firm came to OptimalBooks looking to Partner with a firm that could help them structure, scale, and maintain their growing short-term rental portfolio so they could continue to focus on growth. After joining a larger brokerage and property management firm in Phoenix, the Client’s projected growth was from 20 units to 100 units by the end of the year and they needed the correct support systems to get there.

OptimalBooks first laid out an initial bookkeeping and property management support structure within Buildium, set up standard operating procedures for ongoing management, and began assisting in the operation of the properties. Initial setup took 2 months.

This Client is adding new properties every month as projected.
