CEO & Founder
Formerly a Senior Portfolio Manager and Vice President with M&T Bank, Spencer managed borrower relationships, underwrote over $7B in Commercial Real Estate, and managed portfolio risk. Prior to M&T, he was a Management Consultant with Big 4 Accounting and Advisory firm, Ernst and Young, where he worked with Fortune 500 clients on the financial and operational aspects of M&A transactions.
At OptimalBooks, Spencer provides strategic direction to clients looking to take their business to the next level and manages the alignment of resources to help them achieve their goals.
Spencer graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University with his B.S in Applied Economics and Management.
Anthony Aversano CPA
Tax
Anthony is a licensed CPA with over 15 years of experience in domestic and international tax.
He worked with Big 4 Accounting and Advisory firms KPMG and PWC in New York City and his experience ranges from leading tax engagements with small businesses to multi-million dollar companies.
With OptimalBooks, Anthony provides tax advisory services and prepares both personal and corporate tax returns for clients across the country.
Irfaan Ramzan

Irfaan has over 15 years of experience managing commercial and residential portfolios across the U.S. He previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield out of their New York and Sacramento offices as a senior property management professional directly managing portfolios for real estate investment trusts, Blackstone and Prologis.
