Implemented a bookkeeping and accounting platform for a restaurant hospitality company's five restaurants as well as their management company.

Implementation was completed in under three months with historical catchup and cleanup for 2015-2017 completed within a total of six months.

Anna Ogden, Co-Founder
Prior to Optimal Books, Anna worked as an Executive assistant to the CEO and CFO of an International Food Wholesaling business that was named a 2016 and 2015 Fortune 100 Fastest Growing Company in the United States. While there, she managed the accounting and bookkeeping as well as imports and exports.

Anna graduated with her Bachelors of Science Cum Laude from Cornell University where she studied Vineyard Management and Wine Making.

Spencer Ogden, Co-Founder
Prior to OptimalBooks, Spencer worked as a Management Consultant for a Big 4 Accounting and Advisory firm, Ernst and Young, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on the financial and operational aspects of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.  Before Ernst and Young, he worked  at a leading healthcare staffing firm alongside the President, CFO, and General Counsel to define acquisition strategies and lead due diligence activities.

Spencer graduated with his Bachelors of Science Cum Laude from Cornell University's Undergraduate Business Program where he studied Applied Economics and Management.
